Dr. Ren joined the faculty at Illinois State University in 2006 after earned her PhD in risk management and insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her master’s degree in Finance from Beijing University and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nankai University. Dr. Ren teaches Introduction to Risk and Insurance and Life and Health Insurance courses at Illinois State University. Her research interests are corporate risk management, financial risk management, and insurance markets. She is a member of the American Risk and Insurance Association, and the American Finance Association. |
