The Katie School offers a variety of courses for industry professionals and those needing to learn more about the industry.
- Building Bench Strength Programs enable insurance industry practitioners to understand direct relationships between the courses and their jobs, and make immediate use of their learning.
- Technical and Certificate Programs help industry practitioners build up technical expertise in a targeted area.
- Insurance Company Board Member Certification is designed to familiarize new board members of insurance companies or insurance affiliated organizations with basic governance and insurance topics to assist them in performing their duties. The certification also updates sitting board members on important changes.
- The Institute for Insurance Ethics develops programs to educate members of the insurance and financial services industry, as well as the consuming public, about the nature of ethics, social responsibility, and the application of high ethical standards.
- Coaching: The Katie School has faculty certified in executive and managerial coaching. Coaching can be provided individually or in managerial teams.
