The Katie School of Insurance and Financial Services is providing scholarships for students selected to attend the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) conference in Boston, MA.
Every year this conference offers students the opportunity to network with industry professionals, to attend educational sessions, and to visit exhibitor booths to learn about the latest industry products and services. The scholarships cover registration fees, lodging, transportation, and meals. The 2009 RIMS Conference was held April 19 - 23, 2009 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The selected students left Normal on Saturday, April 18 and returned during the evening of Wednesday, April 22. Applicants must be 21 years of age.
